Our vision is to enrich a multicultural world-class STEM community that focuses on the innovation and creativity of its innovators. Embedding overlapping disciplines into more integrated and interdisciplinary approach to learning.

In the beginning and to the future– A vision was developed during the transition from university to industry and the inability to experience real-life applications at the university level. Soto’s Engineering and Laboratories is determined to partner with universities to institute a footprint that will provide STEM students the opportunity to engage with test facilities, test equipment, model and stimulation and much more.

FOUNDER & CEO – TIMOTHY SOTO
After graduating in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University in 2018, Timothy accepted a position at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dalghren, Virginia. With his position, he led and supported many high-profile mission critical projects that directly supported the warfighter. In this capacity, he realized that there was a critical need to enhance the science and technology workforce by focusing on the stem educational system. Thus, Soto’s Engineering & Laboratories was incorporated as a 501c3 organization in 2022.
